11If you are using a wordpress blog then you can install a plug-in that will help catch most of the spam, but overall, you just need to monitor it daily and delete them as they come in. Wish I could be of a help.
12Lifting weights can help burn fat because it will turn some of that fat into muscle as you keep working out. Here is the funny part though, muscle weighs more than fat! This means that as you convert fat into muscle you may actually “gain” weight, though you will feel and look muscle better! The point is more to look at your BMI (Body Mass Index) than pounds on a scale.
